City Island Civic Association

The April Meeting of the City Island Civic Association will take place on April 24th2012, at 7:30 p.m. at 190 Fordham Street. We welcome your input and attendance and we need your help.

As always, we will have updates from our officers, committee reports on Crime, Development, Quality of Life and Traffic, and an open public forum for residents to air and address their grievances.

The February meeting of the City Island Civic Association will take place on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. at 190 Fordham Street. We welcome your input and attendance and we need your help.

An update will be given on the upcoming City fiscal year budget battle. We believe that Ladder 53 will again be on the chopping block.

The monthly meeting of the City Island Civic Assn will take place this coming
Tuesday, July 26 @ 7:30 PM. It will be held in the usual location, the Community
Center. It will be much cooler by then, I promise, so come on out.

The City Island Civic Association’s June meeting will be held on June 28 at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Center at 190 Fordham Street.

There are several items that we will be discussing this month in addition to our usual committee reports from our development, crime, traffic, and quality-of-life committees.

An update will be given regarding our efforts to oppose the design of the new City Island bridge.
