Public Hearings concerning City Island Estates

As you know, the Board voted on the Resolutions for City Island Estates. There will be a public hearing at the Bronx Borough President's Office, located at 851 Grand Concourse on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 in Room 206 at 10:00 AM. Anyone interested in commenting is requested to fill out a speakers card at the Hearing.
The New York City Planning Commission will be conducting their public hearing on this matter on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 in the 1st Floor Conference Room, located at 22 Reade Street in Manhattan. The meeting starts at 10:00 AM and will run through a series of actions. The City Planning Commission was not able to determine the exact time that this matter will be taken up, at this time. As further information is made available, we will contact you.
