Marine Street Development
The architect and a lawyer for the owner of the property at the east end of Marine Street plan to attend the Civic Association meeting at the Community Center on Tuesday, Nov. 24, to present the latest version of plans for a major development planned for the site. The same owner has had this property for 20 years but has never proceeded to build anything. The new plans include two large two-story buildings containing 32 apartments, plus parking for 93 cars and public waterfront access.
Please attend the meeting to view the presentation, ask questions, register comments and otherwise respond to the project. And alert any neighbors in the area of Marine Street, Horton Street, and Pilot Street who will be interested.
