January 2010 meeting notice
The next meeting of the City Island Civic Association will be on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Island Community Center, 190 Fordham Street.
Progress reports with the issues of crime prevention, quality of life, traffic, and development will be presented by the committee chairs. Bill Stanton will bring us up-to-date on the progress of the on-going police matters.
Items to be discussed at our next meeting include- developments at 65 Schofield Street, progress report on the Sea Breeze proposal on Horton Street, a pending liquor license before Community Board 10 for Shestini Cafe/Cinema Club Cafe at 278 City Island Avenue.
If you have not paid your 2009 dues, you will not be allowed to vote, so please make sure your dues are up-to-date.
